There are many things we give for granted, including booth manners. Of course, a certain degree of kindness, empathy, and help are in order in every booth, but as many of #terps know, this is not always the case.
That’s why I am always be grateful toward interpreters who take an extra effort to make team job less stressful, or even enjoyable.
Offering coffee chocolate to a boothmate, or to the interpreting team, is definitely a powerful boost for morale and – hopefully – performance.
That’s what #goodinterpreters do.
